A fun group visit to the museum for friends, birthday guests or colleagues. The programme begins with a tour of the exhibition Creating the Self: Emancipating Woman in Estonian and Finnish Art, which focusses on the changes in women’s self-awareness and social position which started in the early 19th century. Together with the programme guide, the participants will examine how the works of Estonian and Finnish women artists and the way women have been depicted have changed over time.
After the tour, the participants will move on to a Kumu studio for an exciting printmaking workshop inspired by the exhibition.
