Concert “On the Road”. The Chamber Choir Encore (EE) and the Imperial College Chamber Choir (GB)
The Estonian Chamber Choir Encore and the Imperial College Chamber Choir from England, invite you to the concert. This concert, titled “Teel” (“On the Road”) is special and carries the symbolic title because both – the performers and the audience – are on a journey toward new experiences and creative achievements.
Chamber Choir Encore was founded in 2016 by conductor Karin Tuul. The choir’s repertoire is diverse, ranging from classical to contemporary music. In recent years, Encore has participated in several notable music events, including international competitions and concert projects. This autumn, their creative journey continues towards the EBU-organized competition “Let the Peoples Sing” and three pieces from the competition program will be performed at this concert.
The Imperial College Chamber Choir is the flagship choir of Imperial College London, consisting of 28 talented students. Since its establishment in 1997, the choir has been recognized for its high-quality concerts and international concert tours. Since 2023, the choir has been conducted by Patrick Allies, under whose leadership the choir has continued its tradition of offering unforgettable musical experiences to audiences. Their journey has taken them to several European cities, and now to Estonia, as part of their concert tour of Northern Europe.
