Kumu Art Museum

Kumu is the main building of the Art Museum of Estonia, as well as one of the largest and most monumental exhibition venues in the country. The museum provides a survey of the various time periods of Estonian art: from the Academic Style to Modernism, from Soviet Pop Art to contemporary art. The modern architecture of the building is an attraction in its own right.

Kadriorg Art Museum

The Kadriorg Art Museum is the only museum in Estonia dedicated to early European and Russian art. Interpreting the art of old masters is also the focus of its exhibitions and educational programmes. The museum is located in Kadriorg, in the Baroque palace built for the Russian tsar Peter the Great.

Exhibition tour in Swedish. 26 September is the European Day of Languages. To mark the occasion, Niguliste Museum invites visitors to explore its remarkable collection through guided tours in Swedish, Finnish and Spanish. This special event celebrates Europe’s linguistic diversity and offers a rare opportunity to discover Estonia’s medieval ecclesiastical art in a language familiar to you.

The tours last approximately 30–40 minutes and are included with museum admission.

No prior registration is required, but we recommend arriving a few minutes early. The meeting point is in the cloakroom near the museum shop.
Tours in Danish and Hungarian are also available upon request.

Whether you’re a local resident, a language enthusiast or an international guest, this is a unique chance to experience Niguliste’s historic atmosphere in your native or chosen European language!

Participation is free of charge with an annual pass to the Art Museum of Estonia
