“Chamber Choir Head Ööd, Vend continues its tradition of giving church concerts in Rapla and Tallinn during All Souls’ time. This year’s programme features sacred choral masterpieces by Arvo Pärt, Cyrillus Kreek, Gregorio Allegri, Anton Bruckner, and others. Most of these works have been performed by the choir in previous years, making this programme a wonderful opportunity to explore the choir’s sound more deeply in collaboration with vocal coach Kaia Urb. Since this year’s All Souls’ concerts take place at the end of November, the programme combines music fitting both for the reflective period of All Souls and for the celestial atmosphere of the approaching Advent season.”
