Tallinn Harpsichord Festival. Aline Zylberajch (France)
Aline Zylberajch is an internationally acclaimed harpsichordist who performs both as a soloist and a chamber musician, and who also enjoys performing the music of lesser-known composers. Her recordings have received numerous awards, including the Diapason d’Or, and she has performed and given master classes in many European countries, as well as in Australia, Japan, and the United States. In addition to giving concerts, she is also active as a teacher and serves as president of the French harpsichord society Clavecin en France.
Aline will perform 18th-century harpsichord music in the St. Anthony Chapel at the Niguliste Museum. The program features works by François Couperin, including the cycle Les Folies Françoises ou les Dominos, as well as works by Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach – character pieces, variations on the theme La Folia, and the Sonata in G minor. We look forward to seeing you at the other concerts of the harpsichord festival as well!
