Masterworks of the Baroque Era
Nicolas Aubin began playing the harpsichord at an early age. Originally from the Paris region, he continued his musical studies in Strasbourg, where he was taught by Martin Gester, Aline Zylberajch and Benjamin Steens. In 2019, he moves to Germany to study with Michael Borgstede at the Cologne Conservatory. Since 2021, he has been continuing his studies in Switzerland at the Schola Cantorum Basel with Francesco Corti. In 2022, he won first prize at the Lauxmin international competition in Vilnius. He now teaches in France at the Conservatoire de Montbéliard.

The 13th edition of the Harpsichord Festival will take place on 17-21 April 2024 in some of Tallinn’s most prominent concert halls such as Ungern-Sternberg Palace, St. Nicholas Church and Kadriorg Palace.

The concerts in the beginning of April will feature performers from France, Italy, Sweden, Denmark and Estonia, also including the youngest generation of Estonian harpsichord players.
