Art Museum of Estonia participates in the Erasmus+ Adult Education Programme, which supports the professional development of its staff and fosters international cooperation with museums and cultural organisations across Europe.
Through learning mobility activities, museum staff has the opportunity to explore the experiences, working methods and best practices of other organisations and apply the knowledge gained to Art Museum of Estonia’s everyday work. The programme aims to support organisational development and knowledge exchange, while helping us provide visitors with even higher-quality and more inclusive exhibitions, educational activities and public programmes.
