Alexis Roussine „Soul Autograph“
Alexis Roussine is from France and has Russian roots. He began learning the violin with his father, Miroslav Roussine, former soloist and pupil of David Oistrakh. Alexis studied at the Central School of Music in Moscow, at the CRR of Paris and completed his musical education at the Maastricht Conservatory under Boris Belkin. He was also his student at the prestigious Academie Musicale Chigiana in Siena. Alexis is a laureate of several international competitions, such as the Kloster Schoental in Germany and the Telemann Competition in Poland. In 2018, the young violinist received an award for the interpretation of a contemporary work at the Carl Flesch Violin Competition in Hungary. Alexis Roussine gives solo concerts and as part of chamber ensembles, collaborates with orchestras.
The program of the concert includes compositions by Bach, Ysaÿe, Bartok.
