Ceramics: nerikomi
Nerikomi is a Japanese technique of fusing together coloured clay masses.
On Thursdays 05.12 ja 12.12 kell 17.00–19.00
Instructor: Jarõna Ilo
In this two-part ceramics course, thin slabs of coloured clay are cut from fused masses to form small, Japanese-style bowls, perfect for serving sushi, for example. In the second session, the dishes are glazed in a colour of your choice. In the nerikomi technique, the pattern remains equally visible on the inside and outside of the object.
