POSTPONED! Copying Paintings Course at a Kumu exhibition
The course will be held in Estonian, but English translation is possible.
Copying paintings is a traditional learning method for artists to hone their skills. The copying mostly takes place in museums. During the five-part course of the Kumu Art Studio, you will get to know the theory and practice of copying a painting. You will be using oil paints to paint a detail or a whole composition, adopting a technique similar to the original. The course will include individual instruction. Painting will take place at a Kumu exhibition.
This five-part course will last for 20 academic hours.
