Dream landscape in ink and oil pastel
On Tuesdays 16.01, 23.01 and 30.01 at 17.30‒19.30

In this three-part art course, we’ll use ink and oil pastels to create a fantasy forest, city, or mountain landscapes. All levels are welcome!
First, we’ll learn how to use ink and oil pastels together. Then, we’ll dive into the interesting techniques of using ink brushes and layering with oil pastels to bring dreamy scenes to life.
You will develop the skills of not just copying reality but paying attention to textures and focusing on small details.
This course is perfect if you:
- want to learn a new technique
- are looking for ways to create interesting textures
- feel a bit afraid to experiment alone
- usually copy nature and include too much detail, and want more freedom
- always draw with the same material and are afraid of trying anything else
By the end of the course, you will not only have your own dream landscape but also a whole new set of skills and techniques.
We’ve got all of the supplies covered, but if you have favourite inks or oil pastels, bring them along.
The course is in English but instruction in Russian is possible.
