Niguliste Architecture and History Tour
The short tour gives an overview of the construction and history of Niguliste (St. Nicholas’) Church and of its reconstruction after World War II. The appearance of the church has been shaped over the centuries, so the story of the building’s construction reflects wider developments in medieval architecture, as well as the tradition of heritage preservation in Estonia.
The tour needs to be pre-booked and takes place in Estonian, English, Russian, German or Swedish every Tuesday and Thursday, starting at 14:00 pm or 15:15. The package includes a 20-minute tour with an art historian and a 15-minute musical performance.
The group price of the package is 25 euros, plus the entrance fee for each participant.
