This is an exhibition programme for groups of friends, birthday guests and work collectives.
The programme starts with a guided tour of the exhibition Art in the Comfort Zone? The 2000s in Estonian Art. The exhibition offers an overview of Estonian art in the 2000s, when the focus was on the booming economy and growing internationalisation. It investigates how these aspects were manifested in art and what the main themes used by artists were. After a guided tour, the participants will move to Kumu’s studio, where they will each make a silk-screen print on a T-shirt based on the design aesthetics of the decade. The workshop is suitable for all skill levels.
