Old Town Days. Open children’s area in the museum’s inner courtyard
During Old Town Days, you can practice various art techniques in the museum’s cozy inner courtyard. You can join the open workshop at a time that suits you. Children with families are welcome, as well as all other art lovers of any age. Art makes the day better!
Saturday, June 6
13:00–17:00 Painterly ceramic tiles
Come paint a unique ceramic tile with porcelain paints. You can draw inspiration from Adamson-Eric’s work: he created several hundred small ceramic artworks. After a short drying time, you can take the finished tile with you right away – it can be used as a coaster or trivet, or hung on the wall as a unique artwork.
Sunday, June 7
13:00–15:00 Pastel painting on handmade cards
In the workshop, you can try the pastel painting technique and create a small artwork on a handmade card. Inspiration comes from the works of Ants Laikmaa and other classical artists. You can take the finished piece with you as a keepsake or give it as a gift to a friend.
The workshops develop creativity, color perception, and manual skills, and offer the joy of creating together.
The courtyard events are free of charge.
The events are part of the program of the 44th Tallinn Old Town Days.
