Tõnis Mägi’s concert “Jäljed” (Traces)
Estonian music legend Tõnis Mägi will perform at Niguliste Museum, joined by his closest companions in music, spirit and life.
Together, Tõnis Mägi and Kärt Johanson form a unique whole. Their extraordinary voices intertwine with the rich soundscapes of Ain Agan’s and Andre Maaker’s guitars. The centuries-old setting of Niguliste provides a perfect backdrop for this special encounter.
“Our own stories and songs through the years… together and apart… in the season of remembrance and in anticipation of Christmas,” reflects Kärt Johanson, describing the concert Life is made up of encounters. Some pass quietly, others change the course of our journey. Some stay with us for a lifetime. They leave traces. Tõnis Mägi first performed at Niguliste in spring 2026, as part of the Amanjeda by Katrin Kuldma fashion show. It was a deeply moving experience that left a lasting impression. Tõnis himself wished to return to Niguliste. And just six months later, that wish comes true.
Please note that the museum and its permanent exhibitions are closed. Doors open 30 minutes before the start of the event.
