Welcome to enjoy art in Tallinn!
The Art Museum of Estonia comprises five museums that display Estonian and international art.
Three are situated in the Kadriorg Park: Kumu houses an overview of Estonian art from the 18th century until today as well as several temporary exhibition, in the baroque Kadriorg Palace you can marvel at Dutch, Italian, German, and Russian art from the 16th to 20th century, and the Mikkel Museum focuses on presenting private collections.
The Niguliste Museum, in the medieval Old Town of Tallinn, is one of the few northern European museums located in a former church, where ecclesiastical art can be presented in its historical context.
In the Old Town of Tallinn you will find also the Adamson-Eric Museum dedicated to the oeuvre of this multifaceted Estonian modernist as well as to contemporary design.
